Never again

Bought a mirror and when I got it-it was broken. I then requested for an exchange and they said no they’ll refund me. They then refunded me for only the mirror and not the delivery fee which I don’t understand why customers have to pay for FedEx’s negligence. They should have given me my full refund period cause I didn’t even get what I initially paid for.
