Mr.Price homes terrible service again on the same order!

AGAIN Mr.Price home! In last month i had to pay for express delivery which took almost 2 weeks. When the order finally came on 23 December, there was 1 item short delivered. The box was sealed an the courier guy checked with me. I even wrote on the courier slip about the item short. Its 2 Jan today... nothing yet. They tell me they will provide feedback then dont... i have to ask for feedback everytime. They were suppose to provide feedback again on the 30th...nothing! Ridiculous!
