MrPrice Home is a no go store online

I ordered online on the 26th Jan 2024 and I have not received my order till today. They have zero communication and there is no option to cancel the order online, this is disappointing to me as a first-timer ordering from MrPrice Home online. First of all their website is not up to date specifically their store addresses, I did a store collection order from a store, only to find that the store has moved from the address online.... I contacted customer service 2 days back to ask about my order... dang she had so much attitude toward me and did not respond to any of my questions on top of that she **** that my order would be in store and ready for collection in the afternoon...and I asked which store cause the store moved to another address guess WHAT! she sent me the very same address where the had just moved out from.

This is unprofessional, if failing to deliver my things please refund me my money back, I can use it for more serious things since y'all don't take our orders seriously... Imagine I have to beg for the things I paid on time.
