Mr.Price Home extremely bad quality furniture

We have had a really bad experience with Mr.Price home. In June of 2021 we bought a beautiful modern Novo couch for R13 000 (its not cheap at all). In the first week the seat cushion made a hole, as this was our first couch we bought as grownups... we though that we just needed to "sit it in", but the hole became bigger and bigger. Our beautiful modern Novo couch is a complete eyesore... i am really disappointed in Mr.Price Home. After going to our Mr.Price Home and being told that they can't help us because we bought the couch online (because they told us to buy it online in Mr.Price Home) and paid for it by them....we have called and emailed the required warranty details. But have jet to receive any reply or help.
