MrPrice Home delivery nonsense
I bought a table at Mr Price Home in Mall of Africa. We ordered it online on 08 Nov, 15 Nov their courier said they have delivered the table to me. I kept calling and being told it was delivered and finally on the 17 Nov they told me it was broken in transit.
On the 19th I followed again, they said it will be delivered in the 22nd. On the 23rd I followed AGAIN they said it will be delivered on 24th.
On the 25th I followed AGAIN and now I was told it was delivered to a store by mistake.
28th I followed AGAIN and they said they are not sure which store it was delivered to they will follow up with the courier and email me. I asked for a refund and the lady I was speaking to cut our communication on purpose.
Today, 29th I followed up AGAIN, guess what, I was told they will deliver on the 1st of December. I asked for an email confirming this and the details of the courier and it’s been 3hrs no email response at all.
I have sent enquiries online and tried to escalate the matter and I just get one liner responses saying they will deliver within a certain day.
MrPrice Home is a nonsense of a shop. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them. They are literally ******** me of my money.
And as expected, I get a different story. I am now told that the courier company was supposed to deliver yesterday, they don’t know why it wasn’t delivered.
The best they can do is to send an email to the courier and I must wait, and they don’t know when the courier will respond to them.
