MrPrice Doesn't want TO PAY MY MONEY

The customer service made me feel INHUMAN, like I'm *******, I'm some disgusting thing disturbing them. I purchased an item cash online to gift someone at work and to my disappointment today im told it's out of stock, when i ask for my refund with frustration i'm told they are going to convert it to a voucher, i considered but the treatment from Mahommed Mlina and i think it's Malik who refused to give me her name was just so degrading i decided to take my money and go next door. Still, I'm told I have to wait 4 - 7 working days. MRPRICE, YOU ARE SO CRUEL, AND I WILL NEVER SUPPORT YOUR STORE AGAIN.
