MRPHOME - SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE

I have bought items from MrPhome on 2 occasions in theast 2 months and I have had nothing but problems a d no after sales assistance on either of them. Firstly I bought a sofa which arrived without legs, after numerous emails and call the legs arrived later. On the 2nd occasion I bought 2 casual chairs. The description on the website clearly said NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED but they arrived with no legs attached. I am not a spring chicken and I could not hold the chair and theeg and ***** it ***** in. Once again numerous emails back and forward only to be told that the courier would come and assemble them. 10 days later and no courier so I had to pay someone to come in and do the job. As a pensioner I could really not afford to fork out more money but it had to be done. In closing, I will NEVER support MrPhome or say of the MrP subsidiaries
