MRPHOME #Pathetic Service_

I purchased items online from Mr Price Home on the 16 May 2020. To date the items have not been delivered nor have I received a refund (Almost 2 months later). I have followed up on numerous occasions with Mr Price Home helpline, twitter, email. The responses are poor to none. Not sure what more can be done to reach out for a response.

Surprisingly they are prompt with their emails advertising online shopping, and a twitter response of a backlog on emails of 2 days (AWAITING RESPONSE ON EMAIL 15 JUNE 2020) but I think thats where it stops.
