mrphome online overnight delivery option an ******ion ploy!!
Bought items online on the 5th December 2017, paid for overnight delivery, no delivery the following day. Tracked the parcel, seems to have been dispatched on the 6th, called service consultants this morning the 7th December 2017, the lady took my contacts and promised to give me feed back on the whereabouts of the parcel, nothing yet, that is 3 hours later. Decided to track online only to see expected time of delivery to be 48hours later (ie expected delivery date 8/12/17) whilst I have paid for overnight express, is that not ******ion at its best. Why have an overnight delivery option whilst you know you only have snail pace delivery system, or rather make customers aware of areas which you cannot service overnight. Pathetic!!!
