MRP Online will leave you in the lurch!!!

Will never ever order online from them again! Purchased items worth R2000. Site bombed out, made payment via EFT. Next day they cancelled my order. Countless calls to customer service, empty promises of my query being escalated. Even after proof of payment was sent through they still cannot locate my payment. It has been almost two week, no feedback, no refund, no goods. Never again!!!
