MrP Home Won't Refund Me

I ordered furniture and one item was missing while the other got damaged while their team was assembling it. I've been following up about my replacements for the past 10 days being sent from pillar to post - and when I ask for a refund, I'm told that the warehouse needs to investigate before they can refund me. This is R4700 we're talking about here!
