MRP Home Wonderpark HORRIBLE SERVICE

Good day,

I purchased a couch (order ***)on the 23rd of December with the help of a staff member from Brits MRP Home. The order was to be delivered to Wonderpark MRP Home.

My order was not updated to Delivered and no communication after countless of follow ups. The last email I received was the 29th December stating that order is on the way.

I went to Brits MRP Home again last week and we made a follow-up with Wonderpark MRP Home and were told the couch had arrived.

Yesterday 16/01/23 we went to collect and was told that the couch was not there. Very unprofessional people assisting and no concern whatsoever. Same day I went to Brits MRP Home to find out what is going on, the lady helping me called and was told the couch was there. Which was not the information we received when we were there.

Bear in mind that I live in Brits and had already arranged for collection for a couch that was not there. Money and time wasted.

I therefore request for a refund of my money.

There is no way im paying more petrol money for people who cannot do their work.

The workers at Wonderpark MRP HOME NEED TO GO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. They call customers chomi when people are frustrated and not being helped.

MRP Home make me happy please!!!!!
