MRP Home took my money without giving me my goods

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the handling of my problem. I ordered off the app and as I paid it told me they cancelled my order, and yet my money still came off my account! I have tried contacting them on multiple platforms & I only got ONE reply a few days ago asking my order number - ever since there’s been radio silence. I’ve also seen the items I ordered are going out of stock even though I paid for them! I either want my items or my money back
