MRP Home (The Grove, Lynnwood): Intimidating and rude staff, shocking customer service

I have never been treated so badly by staff of any store whatsoever. The ill treatment by 2 women employees of MR Price Home the Grove today was absolutley shocking. Pointing fingers, talking over me, raising hands (all within my personal space) and voices, stare downs from the cashier's counter.... I can't actually believe what I endured today. Surely this is not the MRP Home standard or quality of customer service? These women clearly have no interest in their jobs with their unwelcoming natures, failure to communicate or even lack of attempt to smile. I left the store without completing my purchase of R1600 because I refuse to be treated this way and intimidated by these women. Even the assistant manager was apprehensive to approach them directly to discuss the issue with them; infact they proceeded to behave abhorrently in front of him without a worry in the world. MRP Home the Grove today you have lost a customer. Sadly there was no resolution to this issue! Appalled ......
