MRP Home Tablebay Mall - Failure to reverse transaction due to faulty card machine

I went in store to Mr Price Home Tablebay Mall on the 8th of June to purchase a few items, I swiped my card but the transaction did not go through on their side but the money was debited from my account, and I had to leave the items behind.

I was told the transaction would be reversed within 7 working days, I sent a follow up mail a week later to which I received no response, I have e-mailed again and still no reply, and the transaction still has not been reversed. I have also not been able to get through to the store telephonically.

This is shocking service! Should this not be resolved within the next week, I will be laying a formal complaint with the NCC
