MRP Home - Service Sucks

I purchased a sleeper coach from MRP for R6 500.00 In February 2021 and in April 2021 the frame of the chair collapsed. Only one person ever uses this couch. On the 26th of April I went backwards and forwards on the MRP Watsap service line. I finally landed up with a person called Berlin Daniels who said if I send various information he/she will escalate my issue. I sent the information to Berlin’s direct email on the 28th of April and I have not heard from Berlin or any other MRP Representatives since. Despite me emailing Berlin again for an urgent response. I tried the call centre line again today and I was on hold for ages so hung up. My elderly Mom’s caregiver requires the sleeper couch to sleep on. This is such unacceptable an disappointing service. I also shopped around when looking for a sleeper couch and MRP’s was the most expensive and I still decided to go with their product.
