MRP Home online promotions are a ****!!!

I ordered a total of 8 items from the 3 for 2 deals they had online - get an email 2 days later that 7 of the 8 items is out of stock! I call them to cancel the entire order because how can I pay full shipping price for just 1 item (it's not value for money) and I'm not even getting what I wanted anyway - I'm not benefitting from any deal! I still have not heard back from them... pathetic - don't be fooled by their online promotions!! I want my full refund!
