MRP Home online - BAD service over and over again!!

Placing an order online for a new couch was simple. However getting the correct order delivered seems impossible. MR Price Home has now delivered the wrong order two times on the same order. First the corner couch (ordered in blue) was delivered in two boxes for assembly, but the contents was for section 1 in blue, but section 2 in natural. I then sent a WhatsApp, phoned them and sent an email to inform them of the mistake. A week later the incorrect delivery was picked up and replaced with the new one. This time both boxes contained parts for a blue couch, but this time two of the same boxes were delivered - thus a box 1 of 2 AND a box 1 of two! (The boxes contain different parts so we do need box 2!) It has now been yet another week. I have mailed, phoned and sent another email and have just been informed that the courier will contact me. Still nothing. Instead of a couch in my living room I have two unsightly boxes and no feedback!! I am so dissapointed in MRP Home (if it was possible to buy the same cpuch from a store directly I would have, but this is an online exclusive offer)!!
