MRP Home is very ***********!!!!

This has to be the worst service i have ever received in my life!!! first of all their online site is the pits, it does not allow you check out, some items are sold out but still on the website, so now i have to go in store and spend about R40 000, they could not give a discount and instead offered a gift voucher, that gift voucher was used by someone else the next day in two different locations that are 2 hours away from my place of residence and work, the store acknowledged that they have had a case like this before and advised i just sent an email and contact a useless head office that still expects me to run around getting affidavits for something as stupid as gift card which they still going to take 2/3 days to investigate, I cannot get an affidavit in Sandton for ***** that happened in north west, i cannot waste petrol driving an hour + for their incompetence!!!! instead of checking footage in the alleged stores, and resolving this matter, i am really not happy as i produced all the evidence receipts and i am still expected to run around as if i spent R1 in that useless store.
