MrP Home in Sandton won't answer the phone or deliver my purchase

I made an in-store purchase at Sandton City on October 3rd and paid for delivery. Two weeks later I had still not heard back from Mr Price about arranging delivery for my items, but when I call them to follow up no one answers the phone, over and over again. I called the \Customer Care Line and they patch me through to the Sandton City store, which doesn't answer the phone. What does Mr Price expect me to do in this case?
