MrP home delivers incorrect products and hasn't refunded in over a month

Mrp home has been completely ineffective in managing my return.

Firstly i paid for a delivery and they delivered the incorrect goods which contrary to the website - those goods don't exist.

I have been asking for a collection and refund of my goods and delivery since 20 April 2021.

Now they say the return was cancelled bec the goods were not handed to the couriers- I haven't received any calls from a courier nor has anyone arrived to attempt to collect these goods
