Mrp Hillcrest horrible customer service

I would lay complaint about the MRP Hillcrest Home. They refused to process my above return stating the above item was in good order before it left their store. Which is not true. I didn't know it was broken underneath. Nolwazi said that they needed to see the camera footage to see how I packed the car. Then Veni arrived with many vases to show me I was wrong. She had a cynical look on her vase as if I was lying. They often treat people of color like ********* in that store. They offer no help & treat the "whites" with superority. I noticed this as there was a white man that returned a cracked ceramic toilet seat cover which he purchased on Sunday. He's return was done. Except mine.
