If there was 0, this company would get it really!!

Recently bought some few items on the Mr Price Home Online Site and upon paying for the order, the payment went through my bank and the Mr Price Home site said my order was cancelled. I have been trying to get my money back from them since I saw that they took my money but no order and no luck till now. The consultants are not as helpful and now I am working with my bank to try and get this money back from the Mr Price Group. Their accounting department is also useless, as they just say payment declined but the money is in their bank account with no further reason as to why it would decline from their end but still ***** my money.
