Mr Price will be liable for a near miss of defective frying pan

Defective Pots almost caused a serious injury at my home, we bought the big frying pan about three months ago, to our big surprise, whilst washing the ***** came out, imagine if there was hot oil would Mr Price paid for the Injuries for selling in competitive products
