Mr Price useless at giving info to their branches

Ordered stock online, was told that I can pay in store, when I got to the store they said I can't pay. I must pay on delivery. a day later received a mail from MrP saying that there is an outstanding order awaiting payment..thought I was suppose to pay on delivery.<br> Phoned the guy, said I should have paid in store.....well they said pay on delivery.<br> According to the guy I need to pay online, so I got the Bank details and made an EFT payment...now all of a sudden this furniture will take 7 days to deliver and there is nothing I can do even though they set me back a few days with all the payment nonsense.<br> Phoned their head office spoke to a lady and she said there is nothing she can do about it....<br> <br> Is this what we call service????? I dont think so.
