Mr Price - they definitely got it right

I wondered into their Design Quarter store yesterday to spend more than R30k on furniture. Sadly not everything was great in terms of service and my friend and I almost walked out. But we didn't. 'The reason for my initial complaint is now irrelevant - we were saved by Karien, their Area Manager. She was fantastic to deal with, so apologetic and offered us a solution to the problem. I would really like to compliment her for her professionalism and interest in keeping me a happy Customer. Please could you kindly make sure that your CEO receives a copy of this compliment, as well as Karien herself. Then I'd also like to mention that the Assistant Manger on duty, Anna, was remarkable as well. So patient and helpful. I even went back today to purchase more. Thank you Anna for going the extra mile. That's what I call fantastic service. You two ladies deserve great recognition. Please could I just ask that you kindly ensure that today's plus yesterday's orders all get delivered together on the 30th September. I don't want there to be a mistake in delivery, or worse, some stuff missing. If you could please call me to confirm this I would be grateful. Well done Mr Price, Karien and Anna!
