Mr Price- The Grove- refusing with my money

I visited the store. On 15 September 2025, I bought two duvet inner for 3/4 bed. I brought them back because the poor quality worth R859 each - they were stained. I was told they did not have money to refund and they didn’t have stock in store too. They took they items and said they’ll call for me to fetch my refund - they did call but I do not leave in the area. I’m back in Pretoria for the refund and I’m still told there is no money… I travelled to get to the store to be told the same again… the store manager was helpless - they left me to wonder in store with not plan. An expectation was for me to come back…. Who must drive 60km for a refund- did I just buy those items for fun? No-I need use. They say can only refund on credit card I do not have a credit card … the process doesn’t make sense and is disappointing considering the amount of cash I spend supporting this particular store
