Mr Price staff

Mr Price Home, Mooiriver Mall, Potchefstroom Staff don't want to assist you if you are looking for n certain product, they answer you "I don't think so" they don't wear name tags. The cashier Kennith but on the till slip it say Koketso told me that the system say that there is 1 candle in the store and he send me from pillar to post, eventually he told me that all the candles is sold out and the system did not update the sales as yet, at the back of his till I found the exact candle I was looking for. I told him that I am going to report them, when I walked out if the store they where laughing. I am from the corporate world and customer service is extremely important but at this branch the staff is lazy and the customer owe them. Point of no return
