Mr Price shockingly bad service

Shocking service in store and online. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place. No one at customer service is clued up with what is going on. The manager is apparently always in a "meeting". NO service, NO help, NO good. Bought 2 shelves online and they sent the one box out without all the parts, then called and emailed and 10 days later still no one can assist. Then I was told to drive all the way Centurion to go collect the missing parts at my own cost even after paying R350 delivery fee with the order only then to discover they had the wrong parts for me. Nearly 2 weeks later and still waiting for the "response" they promised
