Mr Price Robbing Clients

Mr Price Home services were very poor. After trying to get hold of Customer Care holding on for more than half an hour and then getting someone on the line, as one explains your problem they drop your call. This has happened 3 times. I have sent several emails asking for help and I have not had any response from them. When I sent an email to ask them to cancel my account... with in 20 minutes I received an email saying they have closed my account. Quite amazing that that email they were prepared to answer but when I asked them to inform me if they received all the payments I made and sending them proof...They chose to ignore me. That just made me wonder who else are they robbing. I know they owe me money but I have decided they are not worth pursuing. Lost all my respect.
