Mr price poor service

Please be very careful when ordering online!!! I never thought it could happen but my parcel has been delivered to someone else! I have paid for it,someone else is enjoying my goods...ordered Christmas presents on the 8th way before Christmas. Been in the phone 3 days in a row with customer care and whatsapp who all say they will get back to me...today I'm told that while they acknowledge that my parcel went to tge wrong adress...I must just wait for procedure...will i get my products before Christmas?? Nope,not a big deal to them...can they credit me so I can brave the shops and go and try and salvage the situation...I was told by Elton no! I must just be happy that they are doing the best they can...really???! Would you be happy!!??? My suggestion is avoid online shopping with them till they get their act together!
