Mr Price, please stop your psychological marketing tactics!!!!

I ordered a single bed and mattress (or at least I thought so) on the 10/11/22. Initially they lost my order and could not trace my payments, this resulted in time lost as nobody from Mr Price contacted me. When I went to track my order I see that the order was canceled, I then got in contact with Mr Price and they sent me an email after answering all those superfluous questions they managed to "Find" my order. They then delivered the bases on Friday (18/11/22) when I queried with the courier Co. (City Logistics) they said that the mattresses would arrive next week. I then called Mr Price to confirm to which the assistant confirmed that the mattresses would arrive thos week. Come Monday (21/11/22) city logistics an email to me confirming an afternoon delivery but too my dismay it never arrived. Tuesday (22/11/2022) I call City Logistics at 09:00 to find out why I did not receive the order that they said would be delivered and as I write th complaint they have still not gotten back to me. Be this as it may, I called Mr Price only to find out that the base does not include the mattress. I would like to request that Mr Price cease from false advertising by taking the pics with base and mattress and rather take the base pic separate as I believe this psychological marketing where the purchasers now feel entrapped and thus go on to order the ridiculously priced single mattresses.
