Mr Price order partially delivered and order status "completed" according to the website.

I ordered three items from Mr Price Home on the 24th of May. Two of the three items were delivered on 5 June. On the same day, I contacted them to inform them that only two of the three items were received and I wanted to know when the third would be delivered (I paid the full amount and no portion was refunded). I keep tracking my order on the website and it states that the order has been completed, including all three items. I have not heard a single word from their customer services and it is 10 days after my inquiry. Shocking service once again from Mr Price Home!
