MR PRICE ONLINE SHOPPING - DISGRACE !!!!!!!!

We went to Mr Price Home at Stoneridge Centre in Edenvale on the 13/7/2018. We bought a two seater couch 2 x single couches and a single chair to the value of R14100-00 on the ON-LINE system in the store . Order no: ********** 18396 which we paid cash at the counter and was promised that the goods will be delivered from the "Warehouse " within 5 to 7 days . On the 30th we started querying where our furniture is : - we have NEVER EVER experienced such ignorance and dont care attitude ever - no one contacts you no one can give you a number to phone to find out what is going on . All we got was a email that no one responds too -- The furniture was delivered this morning in a TERRIBLE STATE !!@!!!! WE HAD TO SEND IT BACK WITH THE COURIER TO HARRISMITH WHERE HE CAME FROM This stock was not and could not have been dispatched from a warehouse !!!!!!! now we sit with this **** that we do not want all we want is out money back but no one can get us a contact of anyone to tell us how we can get our money back WE WANT TO WARN EVERYONE OUT THERE DO NOT BUY FROM MR PRICE ON LINE YOU GET DAMAGED STOCK AND CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!! NO ONE CONTACTS YOU NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO !!!!! WE WILL HAVE TO CONSULT WITH A LAWYER TO GET OUR MONEY BACK BUT THEY WILL SURE AS HELL PAY FOR IT !!!!!! BE WARNED !!!!!!!!
