MR Price Online - Shocking Service

We placed an order on Mr Price Home online store on the 31st May. We received confirmation on the 2nd June that our order was being shipped. After numerous phone calls and promises to call back, we never received our order. Eventually tracking down the Courier company and contacting them, they had could not track our order. Finally, on the 11th July, we phoned Mr. Price and cancelled the order and told the money would be refunded within 3 days. Today the 3rd of August we are still to receive our refund. After phoning Mr. Price again today, we were promised this will be investigated and we will be contacted with an outcome. Don't think this will happen. The entire on-line shopping experience is a disaster
