Mr Price Online Pathetic service

I purchased goods online a week ago on the 18th of January. The system said that they had stock. I paid for 3 days delivery but the goods only arrived in store on the 24th, 5 business days later. The system told me that only two things were missing. However when the package arrived there was actually 4 things missing. I was told I would get my credit voucher on Friday. However I still haven't received anything. I am really appalled at Mr price Home. The shocking thing is that the items that were out of stock online were available at Northgate. But somehow your disjointed system didn't allow me to take those items on the floor. Now I have to wait for this credit that Is taking 16 years to come. I thought you were all one company however it seems like im dealing with 18 companies...shame on you!
