Mr Price online orders non-delivery and bad communication

I placed an online order with Mr Price Home for a decent amount of just under R900 on the 8th of April. I received all the confirmations, and that delivery can be expected, so after a few days I followed up since delivery has not happened.

I did receive prompt response initially, from Nosizo Maphumlo their Customer Support Rep, asking to confirm my delivery address since the courier as saying there is an error, and that it would be re-communicated to the courier company. This all happened on the 14th of April.

Again 3 days later, I followed up as still not contact from the courier company was made.

We're not at the 20th of April. All my follow up emails are either being ignored, or not responded to. I am still waiting for either feedback, or contact from either MrPrice home, or the courier company, simply asking for feedback on my order, or a tracking number/ lin to I can follow up on my order.

This went downhill very fast for a company that is supposed to be on the ball with their online orders and deliveries. Currently feeling very disappointed at the moment in the service I am receiving, and lack of clear answers and communication.
