Mr Price Online has the WORST service!

I placed an order online for Click and Collect at a branch. When I visited the branch after the due date online, they indicated that they could not find it and the call centre cannot find it either.

I then requested feedback via e-mail whereafter I received an email to say that the ticket has been resolved, but it was not. This happened twice and still no resolution.

On my third request, I was informed that the order was cancelled by Mr Price Home. That was it! Not, "Apologies for the inconvenience, we will re-order and ensure it gets delivered to your home", just: "Your order has been cancelled" fullstop. Ridiculous.
