Mr Price Online

I just want to highlight the fact that mr price online is most probably the most pathetic online shopping experience ever... My wife bought a electric mixer last year and its faulty...and for a the last 6months we are fighting a losing battle to get it exchange... The online team tells us they cant help we must take it up with their supplier and log a complaint for a claim... They asked for all the documents like the proof of purchase,slip and fotos of the machine and its 2yr warranty...a 1yr warranty and a 1yr extented warranty and now we are still waiting for them to get back to us after sending all the documents... i think the customer service of mr price is unprofessional and pathetic... i will surely suggest to wife to get rid of this account as it is not worth the aggrevation and there is other shops that take care of their customers as customers are valueble assets to their survival but i guess not to mr price
