We ordered a white four poster bed. It was delivered last week Monday 14 December. Upon unpacking the bed, it was discovered that the incorrect panels were received. We cannot assemble the bed. We contacted the customer service on 15/12 and were promised feedback within 24 hours upon logging the complaint in writing. We are still waiting for feedback or a call from Hlengiwe. The call center you hold on for more than 10 minutes. And the whatsapp service is simply a message service, which won't get your issue. Can you please get back to us and help us resolve the issue.
