Mr Price Mall of the North cashier very bad attitude.

I would like to express my grievance in the unpleasant shopping experience at Mr Price Home Mall of the North in Polokwane

Yesterday 30.10.2021 I was standing in the queue, the queue was not very long and the lady in front of me in the queue was called by the one Male cashiers, she stepped aside and said that she will wait for another cashier, I thought ok... that weird.... Be there I go walking towards the cashier. I was assisted by a cashier named TUMELO aka "TUMAL" , the cashier was not welcoming from the time I approached him at the till , to an extent he did not even greet me as a customer, which I personally believe every company trains their employees to treat customers with dignity, respect and humanity, the look on Tumelo's face made me as a client feel inferior as though I was there to not make a purchase but to ask for free goods which no customer should ever be treated that way , throughout my interaction with him I tried to be polite yet he on the other continued to portray a very bad attitude, but that’s ok I can deal with bad attitudes and people not greeting, not every person is having a great day... so I did not say a word about his terrible attitude and way he was looking at me.

What really upset me was the end of the transaction he said something in his language with a very arrogant and bad state in his voice, the customer next to me Said out loud "JHO" and she started laughing, almost as if she expected to hear that from him, I knew what ever he said was not nice and I asked her sorry madam what did he just said to me? She said to me he is not very nice to you, he said to you must go now and hurry up in doing so I just could not believe this, and I said to her, I did not appreciate his attitude towards me from the beginning and I left the store. To top it all, all of this have happened not very far from the person I believe is the store manager, he ran up and down in the store like a headless chicken, I just left because he was in a flat spin the whole time while I was in the store.

I will never every shop at Mr Price Home Mall of the North Ever again, that I can promise you.
