Mr Price lying *******!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! The worst experience of entire life dealing with a company that finds every excuse not to reimburse me for a mattress I bought through their pathetic online store!! The mattress that was finally delivered to me was joke! It arrived rolled up (I'm not joking!) in a box!!! A box!! Rolled up like a carpet!! Then when I refused delivery, I have had to wait more than a damn month for any type of coherent response!! Only to be told by these ******* one month later, (after having finally agreed to refund me!) that they don't refund Credit Cards, only Cheque accounts....after countless emails where I showed them that I payed with a credit card!!! Worst service I ever had!!!
