MR PRICE JOME SECUNDA BAD SERVICE

Afternoon I would like to express my disappointment on the service I received from Mr Price Home Secunda. I traveled from Standerton to secunda to shop stuff I needed. The teller in Mr Price home assted me and swiped my card. Money (R849) went out of my account but according to them the money was suppose to reverse back into my account. They refused to give me the goods and had to request someone to help me pay for the goods I already paid for. They told me I will get my money but even today Im still waiting for my money. The name of the supervisor who was inconsiderate of the situation is Sophie. Their service was bad. They did not even bother to take my details on order to make sure that my money was reversed back into my account. I would like to request Mr Price to bring back my money please
