Mr Price is doing online offline

I tried to order an item online and the overall experiece was very poor. I ended up calling a customer service agent, who helped me and tried to put me through to a branch, however the telephony system is so poor that I was already on my 2nd call when I did get to the CC and then got disconnected when they tried to put me through to the branch. All in all an online fail.
