Mr price is a ********** company that *****s money from your bank account

on the 1st of December i went to pay my account to the Cavendish Square Branch. they deducted my money from my account and never put it into the Mr price account. Chantelle promised not only to sort it out but to call me. three weeks later, I get a call from Mr price saying that my account is in arrears. chantelle called the next day (after i made a huge scene at the store) to say she "forgot to do it " and that "she will sort it out" i went to the store after that and spoke to her face to face. still no resolution. sent proof of payment to Kimberley Valayutham on the 20th of December and still nothing. i paid the new installment today via bank transfer and still get messages harrasing me asking me to make immediate payment. Mr Price is a ********** company that takes money from people and i will make a police case against everyone involved if this is not fixed today 30th December
