Mr Price incompetence

So these stores want to promote online shopping but they fail to provide. I made an online purchase at Mr Price Home, I was informed that delivery takes 7 days, today is day 14 and I have not received my order instead I get an email notification saying "your order has been delivered'. I call customer care and they tell me that they will investigate. I have two questions: Why wasn't i called when the order was on the way and secondly who signed for the order. I will never buy online ever again. This is the third store that has failed to deliver. Such an inconvenience from Mr Price Home.
