Mr price. Ignore there returns or exchange policies.

Brought a comforter for my son. After a week I put it in the wash. I noticed half way there wash the comforter was coming apart. Stopped wash immediately. Contacted Mr price customer care, who unbelievably have changed there return policy due to the riots in july. Was asked for photos of the damage which I sent. After about 3 week. Infact today received a email saying they will not exchange the set as it's is not a manufacturing fault. Called customer service and asked to speak to someone in a higher position than the call center lady and was told they are only allowed to put calls through to people no higher than team leader level.

What a surprise to be told team leader is on lunch. It's 14.47.

I am sure everything that Mr price has done goes against the consumer protection act, as I brought goods that are not usable. DISCUSTED
