Mr Price home's teller service is terrible!

The customer service at Mr Price Home in Retail Crossing, Wilgeheuwel leaves a lot to be desired. Went in at 9.30 this morning and there was a que of 10 people in front of me with only one till open and SIX ladies hanging around behind the till, chatting to each other, one chatting to a friend over the counter, one 'helping' the male teller to pack two things in a bag. When I asked if there weren't other tills open, I was told to go and pay all the way upstairs. Two people in front of me put their items back and walked out. This is not the first time - only ever one teller on duty at this branch. Service used to be so good there but sadly not any more. Last month the one teller on duty needed to do a price check which took forever while the que grew longer behind me. I had to eventually go and look for him to take him to the right pillow I'd chosen only to find him chatting to another member of staff. :( Think I will go and shop at Sheet Street from now on.
