MR PRICE HOME'S ONLINE ****

Mr Price Home's customer service is appalling. I placed an online order and paid via instant EFT, money was taken off my account but the order was cancelled. I contacted the call centre and chatted with Thobani Ngwenya who was not helpful, said that there was technical error and that was escalated. I had to call the next day in order to get feedback which was basically cancellation confirmation. I sent an email which was answered by Sithembiso Ndlovu who basically sent me a copy and paste response.

I have been dealing with all their call centre agents Charmaine, Reagan and Marlon but the issue has not been resolved. None of them have offered apologies, I have been the one calling the call centre, sending proof of payment. All of them told me that my order was placed via credit card, basically calling me a **** because I selected instant EFT. They made whatever technical problems they were having my problem. The manager Emeline Chetty has made several empty promises and has not been responding to my emails. She has apparently place a new order but I have been waiting for almost a week to receive it. She has not responded with proof that the order has been placed, they have been lying and saying that she is not at the office every time I call.

I will never shop at Mr Price again! I don't know what kind of **** they are running, they don't know how to deal with customers.
