MR PRICE HOME Zambesi fails to deliver service

We saw a compactum on the website. 7 March we went to Mr price home at zambesi montana to purchase it and they didn't have stock but we were told it can be ordered from menlyn and delivered to Mr price home in zambesi it will only take 5days so we paid for it and also paid for assembling fee 21 March we went to the shop to collect the compactum to our surprise the compactum had faulty despite the fact that we had called earlier to ask if its available and received confirmation that its available we were then told it will be taken back and will be contacted the next day before 12h00 for feedback we never received feedback I had to call them after numerous attempts line busy ,phone ringing without no answer we wasted money on petrol we gave them enough time to sort out this mess I'm very disgusted and very annoyed with the service received from Mr Price home I wouldn't advise anyone to order anything from this store the service is pathetic
